Josephreen founded El-Shaddai's in 2008. Her passion for Christian books, stemmed from an innate desire to heal from her own struggles. Though born and raised in Vancouver, she has also spent time living on Thetis Island as well as Jia Zuo, China attempting to "find herself".  Today her journey continues as she discovers who she is in Christ. Jo is married with an energetic 11 month old baby boy. Her most memorable moment is  staring into the eyes of her new born child.  Her hobbies include reading, writing, singing, movies, and snowboarding.

Channa joined El-Shaddai's in early 2010. She specializes in administration and working on obtaining an early childhood education licence. Though born in Thailand, Channa has lived in various parts of Canada, including Fredicton and Vancouver. Her fondest memories and most significant acheivment is learning to ride her bike! Thus Channa, loves to go bike riding and on nature walks to enjoy God's creation.  Channa and her fiance are both members of the Vietnamese Burnaby Alliance Church. She serves on the church committee, leading youth to know God and live out His values in today's world.

Mica is a partner at El-Shaddai's. She joined the team in late 2009, when she felt God put on her heart to ask. Little did she know, God was already preparing the way.  Since then, Mica has become a vital member to El-Shaddai's.

She loves to talk and connect with others! She loves God, loves people and also has a very keen eye for details and decor.
Mica is creative and fun. You can find Mica enjoying God's creation in nature, along the beach, and also biking.

Debbie McCaan joined El-Shaddai's in early 2011 and since then her bubbly character, passionate heart and lovely smile has captivated most of the staff and customers. She  was born in Edson, Alberta
and lived in Edson, Edmonton, Powell River and Vancouver.

Her 3 children, Chancy, Celeste and James are her blessings, pride and joy and she loves being involved in raising her 3 grandchildren.

Debbie enjoys reading, decorating, spending time with her children and grandkiddies and spending time with the Lord. She attends Coastal Church and appreciates the leadership of her pastors, Dave and Cheryl Koop
