Return Policy

All merchandise purchased from El-Shaddai's Christian Books may be returned/exchanged either to a store or by mail within 14 days of receiving it, subject to guidelines below.

Regular Price: May be returned unopened for 100% refund
Sale Items: May be returned unopened for exchange only or store credit
Receipts: All returns / exhchanges require original receipt / proof of purchase
